Who We Are

Monterey Meeting Connection is a single destination marketing, sales, and RFP distribution service center developed to promote and generate group meetings and conventions into the City of Monterey.

Meeting professionals with groups ranging from 10 to 2,500 enjoy the convenience of our easy-to-use, complimentary online RFP form or can email their RFP to the Monterey Meeting Connection for distribution to the individual properties.

In addition to RFP distribution services, our additional complimentary services include; arranging site inspections, recommending and coordinating activities, and streamlining all aspects of Monterey meetings. Guests using over 500 guest rooms on peak nights are entitled to complimentary meeting space at the Conference Center.

Various Monterey brochures, maps and other promotional materials are available for distribution to attendees.
